Angie's List and Rush Limbaugh are closely linked. While Angie's List temporarily suspended advertising on Limbaugh's show in the wake of his Fluke tirade, it wasn't long before they came scampering back, and even contracted with Rush to voice their ads.
In May, I wrote that Angie's List has a dishonest business model. Now, in an article entitled "Angie's List's Undisclosed Class Action Suit: What Could It Mean To Shareholders?", Seeking Alpha reports that Angie's List "is Currently the Defendant in a Federal Class Action Lawsuit Alleging Illegal and Abusive Business Practices Relating to Membership Renewal".
Rush is already in trouble due to dwindling advertiser support, and his entire empire seems poised for a slow, but perhaps dramatic collapse. Perhaps he can take solace from the fact that he's not alone.
