According to Luke Johnson @ HuffPost politics:
Romney camp on Mourdock: "We disagree on the policy regarding exceptions for rape and incest but still support him."
This is nuts. The guy says God intends rapes, and Romney still supports him? What a joke.

“Gov. Romney disagrees with Richard Mourdock, and Mr. Mourdock’s comments do not reflect Gov. Romney’s views,” Romney campaign spokeswoman Andrea Saul said. “We disagree on the policy regarding exceptions for rape and incest but still support him.”
President Obama’s campaign is working to tie Mourdock to Romney, while a number of Republican senators have distanced themselves from the Senate candidate.
“This is a reminder that a Republican Congress working with a Republican president Mitt Romney would (feel) that women should not be able to make choices about their own health care,” spokeswoman Jen Psaki said Wednesday morning.
9:39 AM PT: Willard will also not pull down his ad for Mourdock! Keep in mind, this is the only candidate he has made an ad for.
Mourdock stirred controversy Tuesday when he said pregnancies resulting from rape can be "something God intended." Romney had already cut the ad for Mourdock, who's in a tough race. It was a rare move for the GOP nominee, who's not gotten involved in many Senate contests.
A Romney official told The Hill the campaign would not ask for the ad, which began airing on Tuesday, to come down.
