This is just an update of a potential October surprise for team Romulus. I found this link buried at CNN. No information yet as to what's in Romney's testimony.
The press has been interestingly silent on these developments. This is just an update. Unless details of Romney's testimony are released before Nov 6, it will have zero impact.
Romney is alleged to have lied during his friend's divorce proceedings, low balling the value of his friend's interest in 'Staples' which had not gone public yet. Romney did take Staples public soon after the divorce proceedings had been finalized.

Canton, Massachusetts (CNN) -- A Massachusetts judge on Thursday unsealed testimony by Mitt Romney in a lawsuit linked to a colleague's contentious divorce battle more than 20 years ago.
The Boston Globe, with the support of civil rights attorney Gloria Allred, sought to make public the testimony Romney gave in the lawsuit that followed the divorce between Staples co-Founder Tom Stemberg and Maureen Stemberg Sullivan.
Massachusetts state Judge Jennifer Ulwick granted the Boston Globe's request for the testimony, but refused to lift a gag order that prevents Stemberg Sullivan from talking about her dealings and interactions with Romney.
