This is more of a rant, not a diary....and I don't care.
I just saw Romney's new ad in which he doubles down on the lie that Chrysler is shipping jobs to China. Yes, even after Chrysler laid the smack-down in response to that lie Romney first told at his rally. So here he is again spreading his lie in the swing states of Ohio, Wisconsin, and Iowa in a TV ad....basically how Obama wanted to bankrupt the auto industry and sent Chrysler/jeep jobs to china. Romney also stated in the ad how he will "fight" to keep jobs here in America.
I am just so disgusted. I never thought I could hate someone so much... especially someone that I don't even know. It scares me that the idiots (yes idiots) in the swing states who are uninformed have the power to sway this election towards Romney. It all comes down to "if you repeat a lie over and over again.... it becomes the truth." The Romney campaign is banking on that. We all know their strategy: to lie, cheat and steal in this election.. because, well..they want to win.
Well I say Obama needs to start acting like he wants to win this thing! I am so tired and frustrated on his silence!! Romney wants to "fight" for American jobs???? Well is he "fighting" to keep the Sensata jobs here in the us?? Those employees have been picketing and camping out for months to keep their jobs and not one word from Romney about it. What surprises me is that Obama never bought Sensata up against Romney. I'm just so frustrated that Obama has so much he could slam Romney on but he's keeping silent on it.
If the media isn't going to hit Romney with all his lies, why isn't Obama? Why hasn't the word "liar", lies","lying" in regards to mitt Romney come out Obama's mouth?? Or at LEAST from his campaign surrogates?? It is a powerful word and he needs to start using it! Maybe the media will start more paying attention to Romney's lies if that word is spoken out of the mouth of the president!
Ha! Re-reading my "diary" before i hit the publish button.... I noticed I wrote that I basically don't know Mitt Romney. Well, I DO know him... not personally though. But anyway I've read a quote somewhere that many say: you won't like/trust Mitt Romney once you get to know him.
Ain't that the truth!
