A new Joe Donnelly commissioned internal poll is out. A Global Strategy Poll that surveyed 600 likely voters found that Donnelly now has a 9-point lead over Richard Mourdock 47-38(and a seven-point lead when Libertarian Andrew Horning is included 43-36-9)

Further good news in this poll:
Mourdock’s personal image has taken a beating, with his unfavorable rating rising 9 points in the past 10 days to 49 percent. Among undecided voters in the Donnelly poll, only 8 percent have a favorable view of Mourdock while 46 percent view him unfavorably.
Mourdock also has an internal out saying that he has a 1 point edge over Donnelly(and Horning only gets 4% of the vote).
The Howey/DePauw poll which will give an independent look at the Indiana Senate race is going to come out later this week, but I expect that it will to at least some degree confirm that Mourdock is tanking and Donnelly is surging.

There are 6 days left until Indiana lets its vote be heard. Joe Donnelly will stand up for Indiana. Richard Mourdock will only stand up for the Tea Party. I hope that Hoosiers will stand with those who stand with them.
