I saw this earlier on CNN tonight and looked for a diary here, but can't find one. I really don't want to repost old news so hopefully this is not the case here.

Suzanne Kelly on CNN reported that 'a senior U.S. intelligence official discounted a Fox News report from last Friday that said officials within the CIA chain of command denied repeated requests from its officers on the ground to assist during the attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi, Libya'.

Here is the link for the story and video: Fox News lies there asses off.

Basically, everything Fox News said is complete bullshit. Shocking I know.

I love when Wolf Blitzer asks her about the denied requests for help and she says that she can't repeat the actual word the official used, but it was a very passionate response.

She says that there is a struggle in the Intelligence community about wanting to set the record straight.

This fictional story is dying a slow death, just like their Fast and Furious story, their fake job number story and all others before.

For 4 years they have tried to find something to take Obama down and have failed time and again. I almost feel sorry for them. No, not really, they're a bunch of fuckers.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
