According to the office of the Minnesota Secretary of State's office, the amendment to the Minnesota state constitution to ban same-sex marriage is at 47.35% in favor of passage. The "No" vote leads by about 140,000 votes.
In just the last few minutes, the "Yes" notes fropped to 47.31%. Now 47.14%
There are precincts still to report, but not enough to make up the difference.
WCCO, the local CBS station is calling the amendment banning same-sex marriage defeated.
The photo ID amendment for voting also was defeated. A good day for freedom!
