There have been countless diaries on the subject. Pundits on talk shows and radio have added their two cents. Everyone has a speculative theory.
Alan West is still contesting the results from his elected loss- still refusing to believe the numbers.
Word is out that Romney was 'shell-shocked' and waited so long to concede, having not even written a consolation speech. He even ordered fireworks. Woo hoo!
Why? Why is it so difficult for republicans to accept reality? Why are they acting so dumbfounded? What is the problem?
It's very simple.
They cheated.
They know they cheated, and by cheating they were expecting different results.
Like victory.
Voter suppression. Check.
Long lines. Check.
Throw away mail-in ballots. Check.
Remove early voting. Check
Fill ballots with lots of amendments. Check.
Don't count provisional ballots. Check.
Call in bomb scares. Check.
Tell people wrong day to vote. Check.
Add software to rig voting machines. Check.
The republicans did all they could to lie, cheat and steal this election.
And they still lost.
They obviously have never heard of my popular saying, "Cheaters never win. Winners never cheat.
But they did expect to win because they knew they were cheating.
That to me says more than anything else. Just add all those voters that they think they stole, and see how wider a lead President Obama really had.
As Rachel always says. But I paraphrase:
It's policy, stupid. The voters just don't like your policy.
