There have been countless diaries on the subject.  Pundits on talk shows and radio have added their two cents.  Everyone has a speculative theory.

Alan West is still contesting the results from his elected loss- still refusing to believe the numbers.

Word is out that Romney was 'shell-shocked' and waited so long to concede, having not even written a consolation speech. He even ordered fireworks.  Woo hoo!

Why?  Why is it so difficult for republicans to accept reality?  Why are they acting so dumbfounded?  What is the problem?

It's very simple.

They cheated.

They know they cheated, and by cheating they were expecting different results.

Like victory.

Voter suppression.  Check.
Long lines. Check.
Throw away mail-in ballots.  Check.
Remove early voting.  Check
Fill ballots with lots of amendments.  Check.
Don't count provisional ballots.  Check.
Call in bomb scares.  Check.
Tell people wrong day to vote.  Check.
Add software to rig voting machines.  Check.

The republicans did all they could to lie, cheat and steal this election.

And they still lost.

They obviously have never heard of my popular saying, "Cheaters never win.  Winners never cheat.

But they did expect to win because they knew they were cheating.

That to me says more than anything else.  Just add all those voters that they think they stole, and see how wider a lead President Obama really had.

As Rachel always says.  But I paraphrase:

It's policy, stupid.  The voters just don't like your policy.

When will the republicans stop whining about this election?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

proclaim Obama is a socialist marxist Kenyan? The local freepers were whispering among themselves at lunch yesterday. I couldn't hear a thing. Wonder what diabolical schemes they were planning? I find it refreshing not having to cringe and instead stifle a grin. I have to admit I can't wait to work the word "poopyhead" into my next conversation with a freeper. And also that Obama is not the Anti-Christ because the Anti-Christ would have had waaaaaay higher poll numbers, according to a mega church preacher.

Poopyhead is a popular insult among four year olds.

I am also a Christian, well versed in the Bible.

According to Revelation- the anti Christ is a necessary evil for the last days and the coming of Christ.

That being said, I still enjoyed Stephen King's version the best.
