Former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt joined the David Pakman show to give his thoughts on the recent popular vote successes for gay marriage in Maryland, Maine, and Washington, and to discuss the future of gay rights in the United States.
While Klingenschmitt was there he opened a big old can of cray-cray, which is essentially the driving force at the heart of the anti-marriage equality groups, saying that voters in those states essentially voted to crucify Christ.
It's also a bellwether of the end, as I'm sure you're aware.
I wouldn't be surprised if most people in America voted against God and against God's values, if that wasn't a confirmation of something that Jesus predicted that would come in the end times; that there would be a massive rebellion against God, that people would turn to Satan, that there would be all kinds of sin, and that people would embrace sin as the law of the land. I'm not surprised this is happening, I'm just saddened that this is happening so soon to America. He also claims Christian conservatives "fired five of the seven Republicans that forced homosexual marriage on voters against their will."
Which is kind of weird since New York only had four GOP senate votes for marriage equality, anyway. This is where "bubble facts" begin.
He also plugs his book, "The Demons of Barack Obama." I'm sure it's a treat.
God bless people like David Pakman who have the patience to talk to people like Klingenschmitt respectfully, as they spew their banana stew.
I don't know. Maybe it really is the beginning of the Armageddon. If so, I'm sorry for my part in bringing it about. I really thought it was British Petroleum that would finish us off first.
