"You can imagine for somebody making $25,000 or $30,000 or $35,000 a year, being told you’re now going to get free health care, particularly if you don’t have it, getting free health care worth, what, $10,000 per family, in perpetuity, I mean, this is huge."

If you look at the graph, you see that that "somebody" is MORE than 1 out of 3 everybodies. And in reality, it's more than that because the graph illustrates HOUSEHOLD income, not individual incomes.

So what kind of outfit are we running here? What's a country for? More than one third of the population is running on fumes but they are somehow uppity for wanting something basic like healthcare. Half of the country makes $50k or less, 80% make $100k or less. So who is getting something? Looks like 4/5's of the country is getting something. The upper quintile looks like it doesn't need much of anything, they've got it all.

“With regards to the young people, for instance, a forgiveness of college loan interest, was a big gift…Free contraceptives were very big with young college-aged women. And then, finally, Obamacare also made a difference for them, because as you know, anybody now 26 years of age and younger was now going to be part of their parents’ plan, and that was a big gift to young people."

Forgiveness of loan interest? No. This just removes the vig from GOVERNMENT money that people like you use to exploit for a large profit center. Nothing but loan sharks, but worse, you use OPM, ours, to grift students.

Free contraception? How is it free? It's COVERED, not free. I don't see any rumblings about penis pumps and viagra or cialis, of course that is covered because.......manly rugged stuff grrrr strike a pose.

And about those 26 and unders on their parents' policies. Kicking children off insurance when they reach the age of majority is a long standing and customary pile of BS that is totally arbitrary and capricious. Insurance policies are unilateral contracts of extortion. I don't want to hear it.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

vote for Republicans is free stuff:

    1. Free subsidized civilization to exploit, tax free
    2. Free enforcement of narrow religious views on neighbors

Merely seeing him speak on television makes me want to scrub my eyes and ears out with Clorox™.

Seriously, does he not worry about one of his servants poisoning his corn flakes? Or sabotaging his car elevator?

Listening to or watching Mittens (do I hafta????, no, not any more!!!!, thank god), it becomes clearer and clearer why this entitled jackass lost.
And it's also completely evident that his '47%' fund-raising comments were not just 'inelegant' mis-statements.  Those statements are what's at the core of Mittens.  Anyone not like him are whiny victims, ie. takers.
This miserable POS really hates 'we the people', ya know, us - the backbone of America, without whom, people like Mittens would be nothing.
We aren't all homogenized, we're gloriously thoughts, words, colors, deeds, sexual choices, creeds, works, monies, likes, dislikes, religions and passions.  And it's clear he hates those differences, because with those differences come problems Mittens and his ilk refuse to acknowledge because it has 'nothing' to do with them, it's just the bothersome needy riff-raff.
    Enough from you, buddy.
Time's up for your very extended 15 minutes Mittens.
    Shut Up and go home.

I read Mitt's remarks in the Atlanta fishwrapper this morning.

It's clear he doesn't understand why he lost and since it cannot be due to anything he did, anything about his ideas (such as they were), or anything about his character - it has to be due to deficiencies in the stupid electorate.  Oh well, what would you expect from him?

NPR had a brief thing from young republicans saying that "they just didn't understand our message" and "we need the right person to lead".  I think people did.  Gift wrapping a sh*t sandwich doesn't make it any more palatable.

A nice French cheese of course. American cheese probably isn't good enough for him, since it wasn't outsourced and is made by people who aren't good enough to associate with him.

Most people wouldn't vote for you if you promised them they'd live well and never have to work again.

Thank you for not pretending to be a Democrat.
