These notices are published in the Federal Register as part of a requirement under the
National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) to conduct environmental review of major projects that receive federal funds.
I don't know anything about routing these lines except the endpoints will be in the cities listed. This is also probably not like the very high speed European rail lines...I wonder when we'll be getting that in the U.S.?
