If you are like me, and don't like to wait on the phone and battle with the scripts the customer service folks have to read, and the repetitive "I'll be happy to assist you with that", and "Have I answered all your questions", I suggest you use the chat option on Macy's website to get your Macy's card cancelled.
It took only a few minutes and I was able to get some work done in between the long pauses between responses.

Me: If you dump Trump immediately, I will reopen my credit card account, and start to shop at Macy's again. The longer you keep him on, the longer you will not have my business. Please pass this on to your CEO. There are consequences to his decisions. Hopefully, his decision will not affect your job.
Inez C: Again, I do apologize and I will let my manager know about your decision.
