Our new show about Science and Technology will be going live on Netroots Radio at 3pm pacific/6pm eastern today. Your hosts Yuri (thats me) and Rick (Hatamoto here on DKos) will be doing this as a weekly show.
Podcasts will be available later today on Stitcher just search for Netroots Radio to find podcasts of original content shows from Netroots Radio.
UPDATE: You can find our podcast of the show here.
Our first episode gives an introduction to the two of us, we discuss some of the recurring topics we will be discussing regularly and we go into some detail about the Mars Science Laboratory AKA 'Curiosity'.
Although todays NASA press conference at the AGU meeting in San Francisco was a little disappointing given the hype and speculation, it's actually not far from what I expected. It's too soon for them to show any interesting chemistry data. I expect to see that data when they reach the clay soils on the mountain in the center of Gale crater.
I'll update this diary with a link to the podcast when it becomes available.
Let us know what you thought of the show once you have listened to it.
Cheers,
Yuri
