As most of you know, the New Day Team has been promoting meet ups in real life. One of the many great things about meet ups are photos and sometimes traveling.
I have a few photos of my road trip to Portland Oregon yesterday along I5 and south east Portland. Nothing really spectacular as most shots were taken through the windshield or side window. If you like photography take a look.
It was mostly sunny as I left Corvallis.
Traveling north I could see the fog ahead.
Rural Oregon is beautiful.
The two vehicles in front of me say it all- farming country. The pick up truck said PickSeed and had a muddy four wheeler in the back. Next to it was a double bottom tractor trailer loaded with hay.
Several waterways are along I5 that add to the scenery.
Mt. Hood up ahead.
I was attempting to point and shoot a sign. Missed! Beautiful blue skies.
Rolling into Portland.
Portland has some of the prettiest buildings and the city streets are clean.
I am almost there- or not. ;)
I missed my turn and and it was some nine blocks or so before I could get turned back around. I was listening to the radio and not the GPS. ;)
That's o.k. It was an adventure to see new places.
It was almost dark when I headed back home.
While sitting still in traffic I attempted this shot.
I am working on uploading and sorting more photos of the meet up itself. Stay tuned! ;D
