Did anyone watch Gabby Gifford's testimony before Congress?
If you did, have you gotten over that sudden attack of hay fever that made your eyes water and your nose sniffle?
Oh good. If you didn't, it's below the Orange Squiggle of Power. Grab tissues.
Well, this photo went viral on the Twitter, of Gifford's handwritten notes.
And then Malkin decided it was scandalous and a big liberal conspiracy to call those her handwritten notes.
I'll let Wonketteshow you her collected Tweets on the subject. Go read.
So, yes, she's correct, Giffords did not write those notes, her therapist did. And why did Gabrielle not write her own notes? Because her brain hasn't recovered from being shot by a crazy man with a Glock 9mm and a 30-round clip. That this somehow indicates liberal media bias to attribute the notes to Giffords' own hand rather than pointing out that she has been affected severely, possibly for life, indicates that Michele Malkin is a pathetic excuse for a human being. Note her last tweet:
The Giffords "handwritten" gaffe was a material error because of emotional bearing on public police and political debate.
Let me explain something else material to you, Malkin, since you lack the emotional responses of a normal human being: The "emotional bearing" gets STRONGER when I realize that she cannot write her own notes. Not weaker.
Gabby Giffords is brave and inspiring and classy. Michele Malkin doesn't even realize that she lacks all of those virtues; nay, she fails to apprehend that they are virtues.
