IN DALLAS TX: A recent double murder a couple of miles away from where I live, recently left 5 black children, including a newborn without parents, because the Asian man didn't like their dog poop-cleaning habits on the patio above his in an apartment complex. He killed the woman on her balcony where she was cleaning off the porch by washing it off the balcony. Not sure on the details of that, but the accused says they let it drip all over his porch, and for that, he killed her and her husband.
The police affidavit said Mr. Kim brought the gun from his apartment, killed the woman and then killed the man. This is in total opposition to the elderly Asian man's jailhouse interview. (I noted that CBSDFW, didn't include the police statement within the story or provide a very convenient link to it.)
First, I'd like to say that it seems rather distasteful on CBSDFW's part to label this tragic double homicide this way. Their headline actually reads: Neighbor Accused Of Dog Poop Double Murder Claims Self Defense. Poorly written to say the least.
But then you watch the ridiculous video of CBS interviewing the accused murderer in jail, and it's so obviously a fabrication of a 75-year old demented elderly man, it's sad and disheartening that his defense attorney would let this happen at all. The alleged shooter, Mr. Chung Kim, in limited English, claims his martial arts skills took the gun away from the husband and father of 5 children, one just born a few weeks ago, and shot him. He has no explanation or memory of how the mother was shot on her patio above his apartment.
The police reports state that is not what happened.
And then the comments begin. I'm thinking, "These commenters are potentials for the jury pool". And it makes me sad. I copied some of them here below the fold, but it surprises me that for over 3 days now CBSDFW has allowed some of these commenters' posts to stay and continue to post their vile opinions to this story...

5 kids, a dog and 2 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment?? WTH?? This guy was trying to live peacefully and had to put up with all that and then some? I wouldn't have murdered anyone but I damn sure would've been calling local authorities for code violations to get back my peace and quiet.

Diana, that's not a code violation. You have can 2 persons per bedroom area. So if they had a 3 bedroom apt or even a 2 bedroom apt with a sunroom area, they are well within the code. This whole situation still is unfortunate as you can't pick your neighbors.

Section 92.010 of the Texas Property Code, the maximum number of people allowed to live in an apartment is three per bedroom.
3 persons per bedroom x 2 bedroom apartment equals 6 people. They had a total of 7 people. That is still a code violation.

The 7th person was a newborn born in December 2012. So they were not in violation. Also, neighbors told police that the family was planning on moving soon.

are you the couple's relative or friend? why are you trying to defend those couple? they broke the code violations, but the most important argument to his case is that they were DUMPING dog waste unto Kim's patio. they were violating health code and annoying Kim left and right. i don't believe they should be killed for such behavior, but i'd have snapped too and might have done something i'd regret for the rest of my life. Kim still is a hero on behalf of annoyed neighbors who've to deal such people like those ghetto-like couple.

You are basing your opinion from one side. I researched the case because I like playing detective. There are accounts from other residents that Mr. Kim had terrorized others in the community and was known to carry a gun. Mr. Kim also lost his CHL license and handgun in 2007 after he had a confrontation with an Apartment Manager in the office. He was admitted to a Mental Hospital following this incident.
Being annoyed is relative but like I said I know my limitations and I would not let someone I thought was beneath my standards control my life and my behavior.

Nope. The man is a certified hero. Anyone who takes any of these worthless, filthy ni66ers off the streets for good is a bonafide hero, no questions.

The ones upstairs were ni66ers, so overall, it was actually better for him to just shoot them and rid ourselves of the parasites.
I'm guessing Nate_Higgers187 and Dooly Sato belong to the same Klan group.
AND Dooly Sato goes on to bemoan the couples "ghetto behavior" in multiple posts after this - presumably for having too many children, being black AND having a dog
