A message to ALL quitters.  You don't have to avoid GUS if you have a failed quit.  We won't give you a bad time and we consider the failed quits as "practice" for the real quit.
Namaste!  I hope everything looks bright and peaceful on your Saturday morning.  I hope you join me in some breathing and stretching.  I think this yoga diary will show you some more fun poses.

Let's begin with taking 5 slow and deep breaths.  Put your hand on your tummy, sit up straight and feel your tummy move in and out with each breath.  Close your eyes and relax.   If you give your full attention to breathind and stretching for 10 minutes, you will feel like a new person.

Let go and relax with me.  Please don't focus on getting anything exact, dont worry about straight legs or arms.  If you just do what you can, you will feel so good when youre done...please try.

Take your time and breathe
then let's move into Setu Bandha (the bridge pose)
">

Your shoulders should feel something, keep breathing
Let's move into Paripurna Navasana (the boat pose)
">

now let's move into Pashchimottanasana (Intense West Stretch Pose)
Photobucket">

Now rest in the Star pose
Photobucket">

Now let's rest in this Lotus pose
">

Now let's get up and stretch our arms up and move into Triangle pose
">

Finally let's do the Goddess pose
">

I hope you tried some of this.  When I stretch and start my day off with something for myself, I feel happy.  Enjoy the simplicity of this day and share the peace!

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
