I was going to write this entire diary on Rience Preibus and the Republicon's "ideas" on how to get more minorities to vote for them and then saw this  when I visited the Staten Island Advance's Political Forum:

(I don't know how to imbed a link so if anyone wants to do it I welcome your help)

Apparently this young man hates his job (he only took it to fast track his way into the Fire Dept), blacks and jews but loves women with big boobs.

This is the mentality that was also on display during CPAC, when an attendee got up and said slaves should be gratful to their "owners" because they gave them free room and 3 meals a day.

The Republicon ideas released today by their "leader" does not take into account that for years, but especially since they turned over their Party to the ultra right Tea Party, they have taken the same views.  They have prevented minorities from voting, be it by shortening early voting hours and days or by spreading rumors in their neighborhoods that even if they had an unpaid parking ticket they would be arrested and prevented from voting.  They have spread racism by their disrespect of our current President, a black man sitting the "their White House."  As a group they have turned down invitation upon invitation from President Obama to events being held at the White House and then blame him for a lack of outreach to them.  One Republicon speaker, Donald Trump, even said at CPAC that we should bring in more "Europeans" instead of those from Mexico and South America (mainly those who speak Spanish and have brown skin), you know those "white" Europeans that we're preventing from becoming citizens here in the U.S.  Additionally, over the weekend I heard a State Legislator in South Carolina state that it's good not to support the black man in the White House. More below the orange divider.

They want more women to vote for them but then Governors and State Legislators controlled by the Republicon Party introduce bills giving them control over a women's body and her right, not only to choice but to all forms of birth control also.

They take away your food stamps but give more tax breaks to the wealthy.

The 100 page, 219 points is a rant, that's good for lining the bird cage or training your new puppy, will never fully be put into force.  Blacks and Hispanics are not stupid and see what the Republicon Party's ultimate game plan is.  The "Donald" also stated that by allowing Hispanics to vote after attaining citizenship you're turning over 11 million voters to the Democratic Party.  Tell me, would you vote for any political party that day in and day out lets you know how much they hate you?  Do you think the Black voters are ever going to forget how you disrespected the 1st black President this country has ever had and how you wanted to take their votes away from them?  And finally, whose concert would you rather attend, Meatloaf and/or Ted Nugent or Bruce Springsteen?

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

Has had to revise their tests because it was proven that the tests (this happened a couple of years ago) discrimated against minorities.
