Darth Issa: Lord Vader, they never thought my Benghazi investigation would continue.
Darth Vader: Good, good. You are learning quite well my apprentice. The Jedi are making the Democrats weak.
The Benghazi affair really won't go to rest, so long as House Oversight & Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa is running things.
Let's first take a look at Darrell Issa's opening statement in the House Oversight & Government Reform Committee hearings back in October 10, 2012:
Then here's Congressman Mike Kelly's questioning of the four people brought to testify:
Sometime later, then-Secretary of State Hilary Clinton came in to testify. Here's the full hearing:
Then here's House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce Being Asked on Fox News on the answers given and shooting down attacks that this continued investigation in Benghazi has been political:
Then Hilary Clinton testifies at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee with a rather testy exchange towards Senator Ron Johnson:
Then Senator John McCain at the same committee is trying to get Hilary Clinton to reveal more but she points out that the House of Representatives has put a hold on funding for anti-terror and other measures in Libya:
Now, Darrell Issa is still looking back at the whole Benghazi controversy and still seems to be caught up on Hilary Clinton being wrong about it.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) said Wednesday that his report shows former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton “was just wrong” in saying she didn’t participate in the security reductions at the U.S. post in Benghazi, Libya, before the attack on the facility on Sept. 11, 2012.
“The secretary of state was just wrong. She said she did not participate in this and yet, only a few months before the attack, she outright denied security in her signature in a cable [dated] April 2012,” Issa said on Fox News. “The thing that our report shows and our continued investigation shows is they had a policy of normalization appearance. They did everything they could to make it look like they had won the war and had the peace.”
And it appears Issa believes the Democrats can't find any errors in his report. He's REALLY convinced of this.
Issa said on Fox News that Democrats can’t find fault with the new report.
“None of it’s been disputed. I bless the Democrats’ hearts, they like their report, but they can’t find a factual error to ours,” Issa said.
He also believes there's still problems and in holding a new Benghazi hearing next month will present more revealing information.

Issa, R-Vista, is promising groundbreaking details about what led to the Sept. 11, 2012 slayings of Ambassador Chris Stevens, former Navy SEALs Glen Doherty of Encinitas and Tyrone Woods of Imperial Beach, and information management specialist Sean Smith, who grew up in San Diego.
“The American people still don’t have the full truth about what happened, both before and after the murders of four brave Americans,” said Issa, who plans to lead the May hearing as chairman of the House Oversight Committee. “Our hearing will examine new facts about what happened and significant problems with the administration’s own view of Benghazi failures.”
The hearing likely will center on information from unnamed whistle blowers who contacted his committee. Their information, he said, presents evidence that Obama administration officials have attempted to suppress.
“While President (Barack) Obama and his administration may be inclined to give free passes to senior officials who bungled their responsibilities, this committee will expose what they did and hold them accountable to the public,” Issa said.
Darrell Issa never won with the Fast & Furious scandal, now he's trying to produce a win over the Benghazi investigation.
Seems Issa spends more time with this whole Benghazi affair than with anything else. And that is why he's becoming a big nemesis for the Obama administration.
However, remember Issa's antics in the 2003 California Gubernatorial Race? He bankrolled the election out of his own money and then wimped out after Arnold Schwarzenegger ran. The 01:25 point shows Issa really can cry like House Speaker John Boehner:
Maybe now, since it is April 27, 2013 and way early until the November 2014, we should consider firing up the San Diego Country Democratic Party and others in California's 49th Congressional District to hold Issa's feet to the fire for his continued partisan actions as House Oversight & Government Reform Committee Chairman.
And targeting Issa for re-election really should be a top priority (as well as other House seats held by Congressmen like Buck McKeon) for Democrats in California, considering Issa's probably the only real hope the GOP have in California for a leader.
