Forgive me for being glib or insensitive on this, and I certainly have no easy answers for the administration on Syria. At a certain point, isn't drawing a red line on the use of chemical weapons pretty much like the no-hair pulling admonition in professional wrestling? Like what’s been going on before and after is “acceptable?”
Yes, this month’s good guy can easily – or almost certainly --become next month’s bad guy, and back again. But as in (pick one) Bosnia, Libya, Rwanda, Congo, Mali, how long can you pretend to having been distracted by the "antics" of that wily manager?
