That congresswoman would be Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Florida Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz called Wednesday on state leaders to extend health care coverage to roughly 1 million uninsured people.
Wasserman Schultz — a staunch ally of President Obama — visited her old stomping grounds at the state Capitol after keynoting a Democratic fundraiser on Tuesday.
She, who served in the state House and Senate before going to Congress, said Florida’s Republican leaders are ignoring a U.S. Supreme Court ruling and last year’s election that show support for the federal Affordable Care Act. She also said they’re acting like children.

Rick Scott has wheeled and dealed until he has privatized health care in Florida.
He is ridiculous and soon to be history, I hope. There are so many healthcare problems here, that it is hard to keep up. Mr. Scott goes to Washington and cuts a deal with the administration and then comes homes and brag that The Obama Administration will deal with you. What does that say? It says to me that the Obama Administration should not be dealing with the devil. He should not extend hands to soul less governors like Scott.

The private health insurance companies like Universal Health Care located in Prussia has a history of abuse to the mentally disabled, espcially, children and the elderly. The corrupted Scott has no soul IMO.
Florida is swimming in it's own slime. Offically, we now have over a million uninsured.
Rick Scott of course pays very little and has GREAT coverage. These rich, greedy people are truly unamerican. I think that Florida may be the greedest state in the nation and that is staying a lot....
Good example:
Leader of $63 Million Mental Health Fraud Scheme Pleads Guilty in Miami
Organizer of Sophisticated Multi-State Fraud Scheme Pleads Guilty to Health Care and Money Laundering Charges

Here are a few articles with what is happening under this ridiculous state of affairs.
I do not know who I am the maddest at. Scott and the republicn legislators or the Obama administration for dealing with this kind of corruption.
I don't want to hear about State Rights. The only rights it seems the people of Florida have, is to breathe BP oil and make Scott happy.

Weatherford cited a comment from U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisconsin and chair of the House Budget Committee to support his reference to the program being unsustainable. Ryan advocates cutting government spending to stimulate economic growth. However, Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman disagrees. He argues that austerity measures cutting government spending in Ireland, Greece and Spain have prolonged an economic recession. Krugman and a growing number of economists say the data indicates spending stimulates growth regardless whether it is government or private.
“
Paul Krugman is probably a little closer to Raul Castro policies than he probably is with mine, so I can't imagine Mr. Krugman would agree with me on much of anything,” Weatherford said when asked about his unsustainability remark.
House Democrats say the problem is Weatherford dug in his heels on the issue before thinking it through and now that Gov. Rick Scott and the Florida Senate support using federal money, Weatherford is trapped by his own words. Rep. Mia Jones, D-Jacksonville, said the Senate is offering the House a way out.
“Their bill is a bipartisan product; it’s truly a Republican bill. Sen. Joe Negron put it up,” Jones said. “This is something that we can do and we can do it together.”
If not, the session ends Friday and lawmakers go home without passing a bill to reduce the number of uninsured Floridians
Again, I say...Florida may be the most greed filled state in the nation. I truly believe it has the most corrupt governor.
