Dear Verizon Wireless,
When I twitter a message that says
@VZWSupport let's not go in this circle again. Give me the S4 for the 2 year price and let me keep unlimited- otherwise I am gone.
You should not reply with
Keep your unlimited data when purchasing full retail/3rd party http://vz.to/...
What was unclear about not wanting to go in the circle again... it's simple..
1. Sell me an S4 for the 2 year contract price (NOT RETAIL).
2. Leave Unlimited Data on my account.
3. Don't charge me a $30 "upgrade" fee.
There are other options- Like the UNLIMITED EVERYTHING $20 a month plan from someone else... and the phone costs $200. AND it runs over Sprint- not exactly a garbage network. Is it an S4? No.
Wake up Verizon- it's not ONLY about the network- and talking people in circles isn't the way to garner customer favor.
I get it- you are a commercial venture (albeit using public airwaves) and have a right to set your pricing. I am working out if those prices and policies are enough to make me walk away- I've moved 2 lines to this other service, and it's working very well..
