You ought to be out raising hell. This is the fighting age. Put on your fighting clothes.

Trenton, New Jersey - Mother Jones Speaks at Plumbers' Union Seeking Donations
Mother Jones reached Morrisville Point with her Industrial Army late yesterday afternoon. Mother immediately crossed the Delaware River and went to visit Mayor Katzenbach of Trenton. She was able to obtain permission to hold a mass meeting tonight at Monument Park but was denied a parade permit.
Mother spoke at a meeting of the Plumbers' Union last evening while members of her army visited other union meetings. A good sum of donations was raised in this solid union city last night, and it is expected that more will be raised at the mass meeting tonight.
The Army made camp at Morrisville Point in a shady grove on the Pennsylvania shore. They are spending the day today in camp, enjoying a pleasant rest until this evening when they will enter Trenton, somehow, without "parading."

From Solidarity: Patrick Quinlan on the Paterson Silk Strike
Pat Quinlan is now a class-war prisoner confined in the state prison at Trenton, New Jersey. He will most likely remain there for at least the next two years. Hellraisers wishes to honor his sacrifice by reprinting a portion of the article that he wrote for the March 15th issue of Solidarity:
Patrick Quinlan
Every day the workers of all crafts, all ages and of both sexes, are leaving the mills, big and little, to the tune of an average of 1,200 a day. All told now there must be about 25,000 out on strike. And here it must be said not a man, woman, nor child was coerced, the capitalists’ press misrepresentations, calumny, and slander to the contrary.
Apart from the splendid solidarity, and it is truly inspiring; apart from the complete burial of all race and religious differences, one noteworthy but unintentional object has been accomplished: The middle class is brought to its knees. It is terrified and helpless. The storekeepers are no longer propagandists for the bosses. They are neutral.
Once more, before I close this hasty and incomplete survey let me refer to the city officials and the police. At first, midst much brag and bluster, they started to eat us alive; to clean out the agitators; to deliver Paterson and the weavers over to the silk capitalists. So, armed cap-a-pie,* booted and spurred, clubs raised, teeth clenched, and general appearance terrible to behold, the police surrounded the halls, read the Riot Act within, drove right and left, made much sound and fury, got patted on the backs, etc., lauded to the skies, but the strike continued to grow. So they crawled like skunks into their holes and said: “What’s the use?”

Waxies Dargle performed by Sweeney's Men:
Dedicated to Mother Jones who was known to raise a pint
now and then! (& a draught of whiskey also)
What will you have? Will you have a pint?
I'll have a pint with you sir,
And if one of you don't order soon we'll be thrown out of the boozer.
