vote 38 is officially scheduled.

This will be the House's 38th vote to repeal, delay or defund all or part of the Affordable Care Act. The delay in the employer mandate has re-energized GOP criticism of the law, giving Republicans a new opening to argue that the law is unworkable.
Because what else would they possibly decide to do when they've got
less than two weeks of work days left before August recess.
