Rep. Keith Rothfus: "I should be ok, right?"
Keith Rothfus was able to defeat then-incumbent Democratic Congressman Mark Critz for re-election by just a few percentage points in the number of votes in Pennsylvania's 12th Congressional District.
Now as of today, he seems to have the advantage in fundraising this early in the cycle.

Now Rothfus is off to a huge advantage in fundraising for the 2nd Quarter of 2013:
Rep. Keith Rothfus (R-Allegheny) has an overwhelming lead in the cash game according to the most recent FEC campaign finance reports. The freshman congressman outraised his lone Democratic challenger Erin McClelland more than 5-to-1.
Rothfus brought in $227,623 in April, May and June and has $380,404.43 cash on hand.
After Republican redistricting, Rothfus narrowly defeated Critz by 3 points in a highly contested race that ended 40 years of Democratic representation in the district.
Democratic challenger Erin McClelland raised $40,798.89 in the second quarter and has $30,428.97 cash on hand. The sum includes $15,000 McClelland loaned her campaign.
However, previously defeated Mark Critz is considering a rematch against Keith Rothfus:

Former Rep. Mark Critz (D-Pa.) is leaning toward a comeback bid and plans to make a decision on whether to challenge Rep. Keith Rothfus (R-Pa.) in the coming weeks.
The potential for Critz’s return is good news for national Democrats, who hope to win back the GOP-leaning seat in 2014.
Critz, who lost a hard-fought campaign to Rothfus in 2012, has been considering either a rematch or a run for lieutenant governor.
According to a source close to the former congressman, he is leaning strongly toward a House run.
Critz met last week with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) in Washington, D.C., to discuss his thinking.
“I think you’ll see an announcement from him sooner rather than later. He’s definitely going to run for something, and I think he’d prefer quite frankly to run for the House,” the source said.
Critz is aiming to make a decision by the end of the month so that, if he does run, he can start his campaign at the beginning of the new fundraising quarter at the start of July, the source said.
