OK, this may seem like a bit of an ego-trip, But I will be playing Henry II in a local production of The Lion in Winter, and thought it might be a good excuse for a Kossack Meet-Up in DeKalb, IL (@ 60 miles due west of Chicago) for the Saturday, September 21 show at 7:30 PM, preceded by dinner at a nearby restaurant. Tickets for the show are $12, but if we get a group of ten or more, they are only $10. Once I have a final headcount, I will purchase the tickets, and you can pay me back when you show up.
UPDATE: Dinner Time Changed to 5:30 pm, so we are not rushed.

Fleur de Kos:
I fell in love with the Academy Award nominated 1968 film The Lion in Winter when I first saw it. As a thespian, Henry II is the only lead role I have really coveted (at least since I grew too old to play Geoffrey), so I am thrilled to finally have the opportunity.
I am proposing we get together for dinner at 6:00 5:30 pm at Rosita's Mexican Restaurant, which is located at 642 East Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, IL 60115, only two blocks from the Stage Coach Players Theater on 126 South 5th Street. You can follow the link to the restaurant to see their menu, and get more information on the show through that link.
Please indicate in the comments, or by kos-mail, if you are interested in attending, or if you have any questions. So far, my lovely wife, winifred3, and I will be attending, and "maybees" include 1864 House, luvsathoroughbred, Mr. luvs, and Amber6541.
A bit of trivia, if you did not know: DeKalb is home to Northern Illinois University, which is Kos' alma mater (and my lovely wife's).
