What is it about being conservative that gives them such a sense of entitlement? Liz apparently feels she doesn't have to follow the rules like all the grownups.

.S. Senate candidate Elizabeth Lynne Cheney posted a $220 bond in Ninth Circuit Court in Teton County on Monday on a charge of making a false statement to procure a fishing license.

A citation/complaint ticket in the court file states that Cheney “fail[ed] to meet residency requirements as required,” according to the ticket signed by Wyoming Game and Fish Jackson Supervisor Tim Fuchs.

The citation alleges the infraction took place on or about 9:18 a.m. Aug. 3, 2012 at West Bank Anglers near Teton Village.

The infraction would violate Wyoming statute 23-3-403 (a), according to the ticket. That statute reads, “No person shall procure or attempt to procure any license or tag under this act by false swearing, fraud, or false statement of any kind or in any form.” Violation constitutes a high misdemeanor.

Cheney signed the ticket twice, once saying she promised to appear in circuit court at 1:30 p.m. Aug. 27 or would forfeit her bond. The second signature is on a section of the ticket on which an official acknowledges receipt of the $220.

An abstract of the court record states “No Appearance Required.” The bond covers a $180 fine plus several court fees and costs.

Anybody wanna bet on whether Liz Cheney contests this?
What is it about being conservative that makes you blame your personal issues on society?

Del Rep. Don Dwyer said two events caused his drinking to increase:
First, he separated from his wife in November 2011.
Second, he felt “betrayed” by longtime allies in the State House....Dwyer says he felt sold out when Dels. Tiffany Alston, Wade Kach and Bob Costa voted for same-sex marriage, an issue he spent years crusading against. Dwyer told reporters one day before the vote that he had enough support to block the bill.“That betrayal really affected me,” he said. “I was physically ill. You pour your heart into an issue like that and it’s devastating.”
He said his drinking culminated in the crash. He won’t discuss this part. It’s still not clear where he was traveling that evening.
I see. It wasn't the booze - it was the gay. It was society.

When it comes to those less fortunate, conservatives can be counted on to lift an unhelpful finger.

DeMint said opponents don't have much time to try to make changes to the law before a March 2014 deadline for people to enroll. Benefits will kick in Jan. 1 for those who enroll earlier.

"This might be that last off-ramp to stop Obamacare before it becomes more enmeshed in our culture," he said. "This is not about getting better health care."

DeMint said uninsured Americans "will get better health care just going to the emergency room."

Why do we have to tolerate these spoiled brats and low-lifes? Where is Dorothy with the bucket of water? I can tell you that we'll start makingng Merry Melodies only when we get rid of the Looney Tunes. They are a bunch of clowns without a circus.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
