Wow - talk is cheap. Now it is time for every member of Congress to vote yes or no, up or down - do nothing in the face of the outrageous murder of 1429 children, woman and men by chemical weapons or put some teeth behind the international ban on such weapons.
We will be able to tell, member by member, whether they are in the "do-nothing" caucus or not.
This will have interesting impacts on 2014 races, primaries and general elections, not only for Congress but also for Governor (for example, here in PA Rep Allyson Schwartz faces a contested primary for the Dem nomination for Governor).
I assume Hillary Clinton will publicly champion military action.
