Good Morning all y'all.. Welcome to KosKraft, Issue 21.
This Group is for all those creative kossack artisans, plying away at their benches. If you make things, please join, and maybe give us a look at your work.
After the dividing cells.
Just a quicky today, cause I have to get into the shop and finish some stuff. Somehow, 5 days a week ain't enough.
So....
I'll just throw up some pix of my shop. I threw it up some 8 years back, by myself, when I still had a little bit of carpentry left in me. Now I just get winded swinging a hammer. At first, it was the Pottery Shop for the wife, and I. Then it became the Hypertufa business. Now, it's just my messy Leather shop. I'm hoping you'll join in and share some pix in the comments. How about showing us your workspace. If you are working out of a closet, or on the kitchen floor, let's see it.
This pic was taken duting the hypertufa times. You can see the bowls and pedestals scattered around.
This is looking out the front door as I was just beginning to set up the Leather shop. That's my main sewing machine. It'll sew through an inch of leather. Watch your fingers there bub.
Just starting to move the leather and tools in. If you think this is messy...I've never seen it this clean since.
Well, that's all for now.
All Kossack Artisans are welcome to join the group, just send me a PM.
In the meantime, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the
KosKatalog. They do yeoman's work in there, and it's about as business close to supporting "local" as you can get on the inter tubes.
Another crafty place to hang around...
