This is just breaking now:
"LAKE MARY, Fla. -
George Zimmerman has been taken into custody in Central Florida on Monday after an incident involving a gun with another person."
I, for one, am not surprised and it's interesting that it did not take long after his acquittal.
12:02 PM PT: Update at original link shows the house is owned by the parents of his estranged wife.
12:09 PM PT: Even Fox News is reporting this now claiming he threatened his estranged wife and his father-in-law. Domestic cases like this will almost invariably result in surrender of all arms being required while it's sorted out. Not sure how Florida handles such things, though.
1:00 PM PT: Shellie’s attorney, Kelly Sims, told ABC News that Zimmerman pulled a knife on her after she found a gun in the house they shared. He then pulled a firearm on her and her father after a verbal altercation went sour.
1:18 PM PT: In the 911 call, Shellie Zimmerman states, “He continuously has his hand on his gun and he keeps saying ‘get closer.” ; “Dad get inside the house George might start shooting at us” and “I’m really really afraid. I don’t know what he’s capable of.”
1:25 PM PT: Deja Vu all over again. No longer detained. Police investigating and unsure if anybody will be arrested.
1:43 PM PT: And once again, this scum walks away with no charges:
Chief Steve Bracknell: "They both have declined to press charges against" #GeorgeZimmerman. "We have no victim, no crime."
