Welcome to Thursday Coffee Hour. This is an open topic thread so help yourself to the goodies and sit a spell and let us know what is new with you. When this publishes I will be on a train with my brother and bringing him back to North Carolina to live. I probably won't be able to participate since I doubt I will have Internet access on the train but I'm sure you can all play nice. One of the things that will be going with me on my trip is my Walkman MP3 player. I still have my old Walkman cassette player but the MP3 is so cool and holds so much music. Since I don't have an Apple computer I stayed with what I know best the Walkmans. My older brother got me the best headphones for my Walkman the Christmas after I got it so it is very special to me. I cannot be without my music. Music is very important to me. It often inspires my art. Here are some of the songs I will be listening to.

I'll be on a train going back to North Carolina until the early hours of Monday morning so I won't be able to reply to comments until Monday evening. I'll get back to everybody then. Have a great Thursday Coffee Hours and talk to you soon.

Josh Groban’s Brave

You can't hide forever from the thunder.
Look into the storm and feel the rain.
The Celtic Women’s The Moon’s a Harsh Mistress

I tripped and I missed my star
God, I fell and I fell alone, I fell alone
And the moon's a harsh mistress
Barry Manilow’s Unchained Melody

Unchained Melody
Lonely rivers flow
To the sea, to the sea
To the open arms of the sea
Lonely rivers sigh "Wait for me, wait for me"
I'll be coming home, wait for me!
Ruthie Henshall’s I Dreamed A Dream

I Dreamed A Dream
But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
As they turn your dream to shame

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
