My brother & I are Digital Leads for OFA-NJ. (In that capacity we are strictly issues oriented, but we are NJ residents and as citizens, elections matter!)
We spent a month in PA helping the president get re-elected.
We are extremely disappointed that the Obamas, Bidens, Clintons & DNC have given virtually no support to Barbara Buono for NJ Governor!
Buono has been a consummate supporter of the president's agenda - while Chris Christie vetoed Marriage Equality, Minimum Wage, Gun Safety, Women's Health & has been horrible on education, jobs, taxes, healthcare . . . Need I go on?
I realize that the president has a lot of issues on his plate - but is an endorsement of one of his strongest advocates too much to ask? In a state he won by 19%?
When Jersey Dems actually look at the issues & the records, they wake up & support Buono.
If Christie wins & runs for president, he'll go all Walker-Kasich-Scott-Snyder-Corbett on NJ to try to win the GOP primaries.
That is unacceptable in our Blue state.
Please help!
