I think we -> WE, ALL OF US, cannot sit back and watch Japan dig its grave. We, ALL the PEOPLE, must step up and do the job of protecting the Pacific Ocean and the West Coast of North America and beyond. We ->ALL OF US, must contain the disaster in so many tons of concrete that we may not have enough concrete to build our tall buildings. WE -> ALL OF US, must build a system so that the rods stay cool and not explode and not spill into the ocean. Then, when we have finished, we, ALL OF US, must hold those who bungled, fudged, ignored, grabbed as much money as they could, accountable.
We can go to the United Nations but the US must step up first.
Then, we should never go "here" again.
