With polls opening in just 47 hours in Virginia, Ken Cuccinelli is trying to fire up his far-far-right-wing, Tea Party "base." To do so, he's rallying with the likes of right-wing hate radio host Mark Levin (see here for details of his outrageous, extremist, bigoted statements). Levin starts with a homophobia "joke" (hahahaha - not), the segues into a bizarre/hyperbolic rant about Democrats destroying the constitution. Levin also claims that Democrats are trying to "scare people," by telling the truth of Ken Cuccinelli's support for "personhood" legislation (which would outlaw many forms of contraception and ALL abortion in ALL cases). Levin - one of the least serious/most unhinged people in America - keep saying this election is "very very serious," and whines about how Terry wouldn't come on his (crazy, hate-mongering) show. Other than that Levin, praises Cuccinelli for his (failed, yet endless) fight against the Affordable Care Act. Perhaps the most hilarious part is when Levin says that Cuccinelli has been a "great candidate" and a "great Attorney General." Oh, and he also shows how scared Cuccinelli is about Libertarian candidate Robert Sarvis - by attacking him as a "fraud" (in reality, Sarvis is a true Libertarian, on both economics and social issues, while Cuccinelli is a theocrat).
Cuccinelli then calls hatemonger Levin a "great patriot" and a "spectacular constitutionalist." Wow. Cuccinelli says Levin "knows what he's talking about." Cuccinelli then rants about...you guessed it, "Obamacare." Zzzzzzzz. Oh yeah, and "liberty." And "big government." And a Dr. Phil reference. My god...
P.S. In stark contrast, Terry McAuliffe spoke at a Democratic GOTV kickoff yesterday about the importance of pre-k education, about paying our teachers better, and about reforming the "Standards of Learning."
