The Rand Paul solution to eliminating reporting of his many documented plagiarisms:
Wacko, wacko, wacko, wacko wingnut.
It is obvious that many Teapublicans live in the past, but most of them usually spout nonsense from the 1950's. Now we have an alleged Teapublican leader who is suggesting solutions from the 1700's.

UPDATE 1: Just learned from Rachel Maddow that the transcript of the Teapublican "State of the Union Response" has been scrubbed of the semi-plagiarized speech. (By the way, having semi-plagiarized is like being semi-pregnant from semi-rape; see Todd Akin.)
Senator Paul and the disappearing transcripts
As examples of his plagiarizing from Wikipedia and other sources pile up, Rand Paul’s Senate office now appears to have started scrubbing his Senate website to make it harder to get the text of his speeches.
UPDATE 2: Thanks again to Rachel Maddow... Added images of the before and after scrubbing speech pages (below the magic squiggle).
UPDATE 3: Thanks to dKOOS member Sucker Politics for reminding me in the comments that Google Cache will eventually refresh. Hurray for The Wayback Machine which captures and archives almost everything on the internet.

Rand Paul Responds To Plagiarism Accusations: 'If Dueling Were Legal In Kentucky..'
Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) fired back Sunday against accusations that he plagiarized portions of his speeches from Wikipedia articles, musing "if dueling were legal in Kentucky" he could "challenge" the charges...
"Yes, there are times when [speeches] have been sloppy or not correct or we've made an error," Paul said. "But the difference is, I take it as an insult and I will not lie down and say people can call me dishonest, misleading or misrepresenting. I have never intentionally done so."
PolitiFact has already weighed-in, agreeing 100% with
Rachel Maddow and others (bolding mine):
The Truth-O-Meter Says: "Rand Paul’s speech ... on 'Gattaca' was totally ripped off of Wikipedia."
Our ruling
We’ll leave it to the prognosticators to determine how much impact Paul’s blunder will have on his political prospects, but the facts are pretty clear on this one. Maddow was dead on; Paul recited Gattaca’s Wikipedia page nearly word-for-word. We rate her statement True.
Yet it was only two weeks ago that serial plagiarist Paul said this (bolding mine):
The Truthiness of Rand Paul
LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Rand Paul was talking with University of Louisville medical students when one of them tossed him a softball. "The majority of med students here today have a comprehensive exam tomorrow. I'm just wondering if you have any last-minute advice." (Steve Brodner)
"Actually, I do," said the ophthalmologist-turned-senator, who stays sharp (and keeps his license) by doing pro bono eye surgeries during congressional breaks. "I never, ever cheated. I don't condone cheating. But I would sometimes spread misinformation. This is a great tactic. Misinformation can be very important."
Nothing much to see below the spaghetti but more Rand Paul Teapublican pronouncements.
Republican political strategy relies on misinformation, deception
Paul explained that when he was a medical student, he and his friends would spread false rumors about the content of upcoming exams in order to sabotage the scores of their peers.
Rand Paul on plagiarism charges: If dueling were legal in Kentucky...
“I take it as an insult, and I will not lie down and say people can call me dishonest, misleading or misrepresenting -- I have never intentionally done so and like I say, 'If dueling were legal in Kentucky, if they keep it up, you know it’d be a duel challenge,' " Paul said on ABC's "This Week."
Media outlets including POLITICO, MSNBC and Buzzfeed have detailed instances in the Kentucky Republican's speeches where entire lines seemed to mimic verbatim other sources, including Wikipedia pages and stories from The Associated Press.
Asked about the charges on Sunday, Paul acknowledged the "footnote police" had been out in full force.

UPDATE 2: Thanks again to Rachel Maddow for capturing the official website scrubbing (done, of course, at OUR expense).
