The irony is amusing. You can buy Occupy posters at ... Wal-Mart:
Walmart is selling a pair of posters depicting scenes from the main Occupy Wall Street protest encampment in New York City's Zuccotti Park at the movement's height in late 2011.TPM
One of the posters shows the tents that filled the park before it was cleared by police in November 2011. It retails for $42.75. The other is slightly larger and shows a protester holding an American flag inside the park. It is selling for $52.25.
Capitalism is resilient. I recall back in the 60s when many made money on Che Posters and clothes with his visage. I doubt Che gave marketing rights before he was killed by the CIA and some members of the Bolivian army.
Now Wal-Mart is making money off of Occupy. I suspect the revolution will be televised, on pay-for-view or at least cable.
