In this world we are before all things a community of humans.
At times we disagree with one another about, well just about everything.
Whether you are a person of faith, secular or somewhere in between, I most humbly suggest that you embrace your doubts, particularly the ones that divide us.
There's more below the orange squiggle.
If you are an Atheist, knowing that there are limits to human knowledge, even though there may be no scientific evidence that there is a God, supreme being or something else entirely, acknowledge that you just might be wrong.
If you are a person of faith, acknowledge the doubts you harbor about your faith.
Acknowledge that you just might be wrong.
All of us can benefit from viewing ourselves and those around us through the lens of acceptance.
Acceptance is not agreement, it is not condoning, nor is it approval. It is the simple kind thought that things are what they are, people believe what they believe, that we all have flaws, and not one of us is perfect.
We all have people in our lives that we simultaneously love, and pull our hair out at the clearly wrong headed things that they believe, do and say.
The path to human connection, is not furthered by the better argument, outrage, or anger.
It is nurtured through kindness, compassion, and consideration.
If your beliefs make it too hard to let your doubts fuel your loving self. At least try for today! you just might like it.
Peace to all
