This is going to be a very short diary. Long-time right wing pundit, lifetime recipient of wingnut welfare (going back to his days at the Dartmouth Review) Dinesh D'Souza has been indicted in New York for campaign finance fraud.
D'Souza is accused of giving other people money to contribute to a U.S. Senate candidate (which violates the 1971 Campaign Finance Statute) and then lying about in on campaign finance disclosure forms.
The judge for his case is Richard Berman, a Clinton appointee.
The Republican shoes keep dropping. Oh, happy day.
