Look, I got re-elected by a wide margin so whoever this Amos Powers guy is, let me tell you this: I'm not campaigning or worrying because in 2012 I got re-elected by more than 70% and no Democratic challenger went after me then! I'll be ok, I really believe so.
Rep. Diane Black isn't exactly an ideal target for the Democratic Party. Her district, per Cook Political Report, has a PVI of R+21 and she first elected 2010 with 69.6% of the votes, taking over Rep. Bart Gordon who chose not to run for re-election in 2010. In 2012, Black won re-election by an even wider margin by 76.4% and didn't face a single Democratic challenger. Therefore, the odds aren't in the Democratic Party's favor at this point.
On the other hand, in 2014 there is a Democratic Candidate running named Amos Powers and he's still very much in the race to elect the next representative in Tennessee's 6th Congressional District.
