Its hard to know just how far reaching the Christiegate will get. It looks more and more like a systematic criminal conspiracy, mostly around crooked land deals involving The Port Authority, Samson's law firm, misappropriated Sandy relief money, Christie's real estate developer brother, and real estate companies like The Rockefeller Group who knew how to play the game dirty. "Bridgegate" looks like just one attempted land grab among many.
First Fort Lee and Hoboken and now Brunswick and Belleville are involved. Sandy money used to fund pet real estate projects in towns practically untouched by the storm. Since Christie was obsessed with garnering Democratic endorsements, rewarding and punishing in turn those who played ball and those who didn't, it might be instructive to have a comprehensive list of all of Christie's endorsers. Currently on the Wiki page entitled New Jersey 2013 Gubernatorial Election is a list of all the people who endorsed Christie, with the vast majority being democratic town officials. http://en.wikipedia.org/...
It would surprise me not at all to uncover further tit for tat / pay for play schemes in the listed towns. What do you think? See list below the moebius strip of corruption to see what democrats endorsed Christie, and who else besides.
