As you know my brother is 100% disabled and I am now his caregiver. Well Social Security has to do an occasional check to see if people are really still disabled. 104 pounds on a 5'6" frame and in a wheelchair and having problems seeing. I would say chances are good he is still disabled. California wanted him to come in for a doctor's appointment. My theory is that his Doctor there was a quack. I mean telling a noncompliant diabetic to eat anything he wants and continue to smoke all he wants? Follow me below the orange cheeto to see the new developments and how this senior is handling them.
My brother came out to me today. I have known it for years. No problem.
North Carolina Social Security called and Reid put me on the phone since I am his caregiver and have the names and phone numbers of all his doctors. The case worker was male. Helpful as far as I'm concerned.
I have a Bachelors in Theater. I have been told all my life by professionals that I have a sexy and sultry voice. I have had wives stop by when I was a receptionist to check me out. The longer I live here in the South the more of an accent I pick up. It is worse if the person I am talking to has an accent.
I just used the sultry tone of voice to convey the information needed. The conversation ended with me being told not to worry that they just need to look at the doctor's records occasionally and Reid's disability will continue.
Hey it may be sexist but alls fair in love and war and keeping your brother's disability safe.
