This winter has been brutal in Central New Jersey and the potholes are about as bad as I've ever seen. There's one in particular which has grown beyond recognition.
First I had to sweep off the car.
Then I had to scrape off the ice.

It's just outside town on main street. You cross the brook and as you go around the bend uphill there it is.
The first thing I noticed today was a large new US flag.
