When I defeated Senator Max Cleland in 2002, I helped Georgia get back on its feet and suuuuure hope Republicans keep it back.  It would be a waste if the Democrats win this seat because then, I might just have to run again!
Looks like Democratic U.S. Senate Candidate Branko Radulovacki (aka Dr. Rad) has a full schedule coming up.

For any of you who want to meet Dr. Rad in Georgia, you have several opportunities to do tomorrow in Atlanta, Cumming and Marietta.  Dr. Rad is expected to be at a number of events including meeting with Cobb County Dems and the Federation of Women/Forsyth County.

Details for all three events on tomorrow are as follows:

On Thursday, Feb. 20th – Atlanta. Dr. Rad and his wife, Susan, will join Rep. John Lewis for “When Women Succeed, America Succeeds,” one of many forums being held across the country to address challenges facing working women: equal pay for equal work, paid sick leave, child care, etc. The forum begins at 8:45am and, although it is open to the public, space is limited. The address is IBEW Local 613, 501 Pulliam St, Atlanta 30312.

Also on Thursday, Feb. 20th – Marietta. Dr. Rad will join Cobb County Dems for a social hour at Delkwood Grill, 2769 Delk Rd, Marietta 30067 beginning at 6pm. This informal gathering will offer area voters a chance to discuss the Senate race with Dr. Rad one-on-one. This event is open to the public.

Also on Thursday, Feb. 20th – Cumming. The Federation of Democratic Women/Forsyth County will host Dr. Rad’s wife, Susan, for an informal presentation and discussion of the U.S. Senate race at Ridge Steak House. 1035 Turner Rd. in Cumming, 30041. This event is open to the public.

Here's our recent interview with Branko Radulovacki along with a video of him fired up at  the recent Georgia Municipal Association Mayors' Day Conference:

Should also point out:  Dr. Rad is very communicative on Twitter.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
