Rep. Steven Horsford (D-NV) decided to trade his suit & tie for a UPS uniform. He's not quitting Congress. He figured out it's a way to make better contact with his constituents. "I'm Congressman Horsford. I'm here to deliver your package", he said to one recipient.
According to Horsford: "Sometimes in Washington you get a little disconnected. I want to make sure I know what people are actually doing each day. It's hard work!"
Interesting. I'll give him credit for an original way to stay connected with both constituents, and the people busting their ass on a daily basis. (Think we'll see any Republicans doing this with FedEx?)
