Sometimes, well-meaning and inspiring social consciousness drive begets an even bigger "social issues" discourse. When Sheryl Sandberg started the campaign to "BAN" "BOSSY" from our consciousness -- it all sounded like she was onto something. And, in the process of this whole thing, she has indeed brought us all front and center to confront our own internal processes of how we -- men and women -- interact and behave based on many preconceived notions and stereotypes.
