Hi again beer lovers, and Happy Friday! Come in and share a cold one with us!
Playing the jukebox always improves the atmosphere around here so I'll start with some music again:
Zero beer references here, just a song I really like:
I blew off work this afternoon and worked in the yard. I know it's not spring yet in most of North America, but here in NorCal where we basically didn't have winter this year it's definitely planting season. It's supposed to rain tomorrow; I can program then.
So, some gardening music.
I'm not planting what Sean is, but thought of that this afternoon, laughing my ass off at the nursery. Only in NorCal: Recipe 420 Potting Soil
The Emerald Triangle blend is a special blend of ingredients hand selected specifically for the needs of professional flower growers.
Better be good stuff, it costs twice as much as what I bought.
And yes, I do have some beer discussion this week! Nothing better than making fun of a top-10 list. I don't know anything about bustle.com except that when it comes to knowing the 10 best cities for beer lovers, they're on crack. You can make a case that San Diego is #2 behind Portland, but no lower than that. San Diego #5? No fucking way. San Francisco only belongs in the top 5 if you get to count a 50-mile radius around the city and I think for Denver you need a bigger radius than that (how far to Fort Collins?).
I'm sipping on SN "Ruthless", and I also have some Lagunitas "Undercover Shutdown". That stuff is nearly 10%; when I drop out of the comments you'll know why. Better make dinner first or I'll forget to (or forget how!).
What are you drinking? Is anyone brewing?
