The first bit was done a while ago. It makes a good intro.
The sight of huge gossamer bubbles, writhing, flexing and turning, searching for radial references then stabilizing is awe inspiring. The solution to make them is simple, the learning curve to form them is easy and their beauty unquestionable. Days later, where many popped, the grass turns brown. Unintended consequences. A huge bubble surrounds Washington. It has grown stronger and more impervious since the early eighties. Inside, the whole world looks different. In this century it has become nearly impenetrable. Oil interests have ruled for decades. Many other interests demand security for selves and attempt to minimize competition with each other as decimal points need to move even further to the right for a tiny few. The bubble flexes, conglomerate corps treating the four branches as a personal playground to use and abuse enabled by shredded founding documents and a too High court. Fear is the answer and distraction the tool. Export terrorism and war while talking freedom and Patriot. The three Gs won't quit giving but add in women, race, energy and more vacuous rhetoric, enabling rationalizations, keep it two dimensional. Good people become pawns including millionaire congress persons beholding as the majority of them are. The ones who aren't overly humanitarian aren't. They are willing, committed lackeys to the piles they can't see past.
XR News Special Report. The imperial court [supreme [lack of capitals intentional]], has doubled down on the ruling that prompted me to incorporate my dog. Immortal limited liability instruments designed to accomplish massive civil infrastructure projects then be dissolved were afforded more rights [and in our faces 'personhood'] rather than reinstituting time limits on charters for corporations to help insure they function first in the public good. Added to this was the offense of giving green pieces of paper [money, script] rights. Less than one hundred people on Earth own more than half the worlds population [three and a half billion] and want more.
It is now 2014. The supremely corrupt corporate court has just handed down the McCutcheon ruling. It's been over four years since scores of millions came in from over seas in 2010 to turn our off year elections. It was funneled through the national chamber of commerce and brought down some heroes turning the House [HR] over to John Boehner. The 2012 election season was a nearly two year kubuki theatre of the absurd with a gleeful media scarfing up hundreds of millions on top of same to keep Americans mostly distracted from the real issues. The cast of clowns and idealogues did not start or end with Paul Ryan. Obstruction in the Senate since 2006 was shared after 2010 with the House. Single digit approval ratings exposed distain, and misinformation from the media as well as the very hallowed halls of congress only fueled the fires of disgust. Corruption of election safe guards was codified in 2013 by the Imperial Court. Jerry Mander danced with ALEC as voter suppression exploded even worse
The supremely corrupt corporate court [SCCC] is not done twisting we the people out of the constitution in favor of conglomerate rule by proxy. The latest nail in the coffin of democracy [McCutcheon] is a cess pool of cash over our heads like the pools of radioactive waste still coming out of Fukishima and trickling down into our ecosystem with floods of toxicity. The problems leading to the 2008 crash have not been fixed. Devaluing the dollar is not a solution [quantitative easing]. The solution we have now is for the few who have realized up to tens of billions of additional profit since the crash [that is ten thousand piles of a million dollars each [enough to load pallets of hundred dollar bills and be visible from space]]. Using a million dollars or even 150 million of chump change to invest in elected government officials with virtual impunity is a real no-brainer. Quid Pro Quo corruption always was illegal. That is the most flagrant abuse of power that puts 'conflict of interest' [previously illegal and despicable] in the realm of a nursery crime.
The imperial court has ruled that almost anything someone with mountains of money wants to do regarding our elected officials is okay. We already know just how unbalanced our Justice system is with with regard to the elite few. This ruling will not trickle down. The immediate result is that no one without mountains of money will have any access from county levels where this ruling is invoked all the way to the national level that has already been compromised to a level that is unrecognizable to anyone focused on issues and real solutions as opposed to rhetoric and hot button distractions from debilitating problems and crimes involving billions of dollars.
If the election 2000 ruling, interfering with our election process and states rights in one swell foop, wasn't enough to require impeachment proceedings for the Imperial Court, then 'Citizens United' and a chief justice who was named after having an unofficial role in the previous decision sure should. Appearances are referred to legally. Can you say 'Conflict of Interest' children? I'm not a lawyer or a rocket scientist but I do know the difference between right and wrong. A Supreme Court Justice needs to be above reproach. Roberts is not. They are appointed for life.
The first amendment was never supposed to legitimize bribery. The Corporatist party, R and D and rulings by SCOTUS have handed down more split decisions than ever seen in the history of the country [at least since before even the desegregation issue was paramount]. Historians could probably verify as previous courts with nonpartison adherence to rule of law and constitutional intent fought hard to hand down unanimous rulings as often as possible.
Precedent for this current insane ruling named another ridiculous ruling that totally ignored why the constitution was written in the first place.
Rule by we the people is a joke as voter suppression, a misinforming media, billion dollar election cycles, lobbyists writing bills, corporations controlling candidate debates, vote counting electronic election fraud, candidate donations extorting positions on issues, covert blackmail [no quid pro quo], and a myriad of trickling down consequences that make Jerry Mander look like a choir boy. The annoying media circus following this idiotic ruling is ramping up with slick wordsmiths wringing the last feeble control that ordinary people have over their own political process with a lot of invoking of the First Amendment that has no relevance to green pieces of paper. More privatized schools will provide a more discerning, educated populace, able to see through the BS. Privatized jails will lock them up if they don't. This will be especially true if big corps run them. Until a conversation starts on the impeachment of the Imperial Court I fear our democracy is past tense as a huge block of Americans are not interested in knowing what's in our Bill of Rights and do not understand that our Revolutionary War was fought over government [The Crown] overreach, enabling the East India Trading Company to prevail over local producers of the same products. Further, it was illegal for colonists to produce their own clothes. Corporate lobbyists and the elite [landed gentry?] are overtly dictating in the highest reaches of government. On 4-2-2014 [awfully close to April Fools Day] the anti-democracy pro corporate crowd got a present right out of septic sludge. Crime is not just legal on Wall Street, the SCCC [Supremely Corrupt Corporate Court] just said so. So kids, do as you will. The SCCC just removed the preceding prime directive [do no harm] from our elected government. And some were appalled that exposure to oral sex infected the serious media in years gone by. Not to change the subject but if Cheney can engineer war and profit from it it's okay. Congressional insider trading is nothing. It is April 3. It feels a lot more like two days ago. Xenored will comment as someone must bring evenhandedness to the discussion here.
He has been listening to the wordsmiths seriously talking about how this is all okay. XR News Service is nothing if not evenhanded. Angry White Guy.
