No claim of persecution by the right is too high, or should that be too low when trying desperately to justify why they are racists, misogynists and bigots.

Find the nastiest regime or person in history and claim that is what we have now, no scrap of evidence is required.

I'm surprised we haven't had Pol Pot and the killing fields yet, then again he was against education and for indoctrination, probably they shouldn't go there.

They poke and prod and sound off with alarming regularity how women, gays and immigrants are ruining god's chosen country. They whine and cry "no fair" when they are poked back and immediately whinge that they are being oppressed.

I suppose this is just an extension of what so many women have had to put up within our legal system when the victim is blamed as a defense, after all she was asking for it, the slut.

So we have the right wing screaming their bigotry and as with all bullies when they are confronted with even the least resistance, or they actually hurt someone by their actions, it is the victims simply being that caused them to act.

This bubbling nastiness came truly to its disgusting head the moment President Obama was elected, and African American cannot possibly be American and the media played along. Rather than treating it as vile garbage the GOP played ball as well.

They are now building  up the froth to attack Hillary via Bill as if somehow she holds the remote, when that fails we will get age and pant suits a plenty.

Like Obama and race, Hillary will be about gender, and as before when the right claimed inverse racism during Obama's tenure we will have inverse misogyny bandied about.

I suppose this type of bullying self victimization has become almost cultural since it is so often resorted to in defense of an attacker in our legal system it is almost as if the crime is being weak or in the minority. Yet the true weakness being shown is the cowardice of the bully.

Our mere existence is somehow a threat to them, if we dare say anything we are oppressing them and making them speak and act in vile ways. It really is a distorted way of viewing the world, I suppose it explains why they always say they want  a "strong" leader when in reality what they really crave is a like minded bully.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
