What's that? You're saying I'm right for once?! Gee Thanks!
File this quote from US Chamber Of Commerce President under "Broke Clock Still Right Twice A Day":
WASHINGTON -- U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue promised Monday to keep pushing for immigration reform, quipping that the GOP should just stay home in the next presidential election if it doesn't address the issue."If the Republicans don't do it, they shouldn't bother to run a candidate in 2016," Donohue said at an event to discuss the nation's infrastructure. "I mean, think about that. Think about who the voters are."voters are."
I really can't add anything to that. Of course it also would apply to extending Unemployment Insurance and a Minimum Wage, oh and how about confirming 50 or so judges who are blue slipped just to spite their own constituents? Yep, I can think of a gazillion reasons not to run a GOP candidate for President in 2016 but I'm glad Mr Donahue has settled on at least one.
