Just found this recipe this morning and made a batch in about 10 minutes...mine is in the fridge setting up as you read this...I like to cook, but have not made fudge before, and this is so easy it's stupid not to make it...

I used all natural peanut butter, nothing but ground peanuts, and ran out of vanilla so used a little French brandy to fill that requirement.
Judging by the spoon licking, this is just great, not overly sweet, but it does contain a half pound of butter and 3 1/2 cups of powdered sugar, so if you haver problems with those things, it's probably not for you.This is actually very bad for me, but there it is...
